1. Who can create a partner portal account?
Only authorized Zinexts distributors are eligible to create an account. All distributor accounts will be verified based on the information listed on our official website.
2. How long will I have access to the Partner Portal after registration?
Access to the Partner Portal will be granted within one working day after registration. If the registration is submitted on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), access will be provided on the following Monday.
3. What should I do if I forget the password to my account?
If you forget your password, please re-register using the same username and email address via the registration page and create a new password. You will be able to log in with your new password within one working day. Re-registration requests submitted on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
4. Where can I access software and firmware updates?
Software and firmware updates are available in the Download section of the Partner Portal. The Partner Portal is accessible for all Zinexts’ distributors. To get access, please go to the Partner Portal to register your ID and credentials.
5. Where can I find product manuals, SDS datasheets, and registration documents such as DoC, ISO certificates?

6. Do you offer after-sales support and maintenance services?
For technical support outside the warranty period, please contact your local Zinexts distributor or your Zinexts sales representative. All spare parts must be installed by a Zinexts-trained and certified technician.
7. How can I request a product demonstration?
To request a product demonstration, please contact your Zinexts’ distributor or your Zinexts’ sales representative. Additionally, Zinexts regularly organizes product training sessions at our headquarters in New Taipei City, Taiwan (R.O.C.) for distribution partners. We would be delighted to welcome you to our facilities for hands-on training and discussions.
8. What is the standard warranty policy for instruments?
All Zinexts’ instruments come with a 12-month standard warranty, covering part replacements for manufacturing defects. After the warranty expires, partners have the option to extend coverage—please have a look at the warranty policy [here].
9. Do you provide customization for laboratory automation solutions?
Zinexts has extensive OEM/ODM experience in designing and manufacturing customized medical devices. If you have specific project requirements, please contact your Zinexts sales representative. To initiate a project partnership, we recommend submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP) document outlining your needs.
10. What types of biological samples can I process with Zinexts products?
Zinexts products are designed to process a wide range of biological samples. The compatibility depends on the extraction kit you are using. We recommend referring to the Instructions for Use (IFU) of each kit for detailed sample compatibility information, and to the Selection Guide table.
11. Are Zinexts extraction systems compatible with third-party reagents and consumables?
- MagPurix Series: This is a closed system, meaning only Zinexts consumables and kits are compatible. Zinexts products can only be supplied by Zinexts, its authorized distributors, and their partners.
- ZiXpress Series: This is an open system, capable of accommodating various third-party consumables. However, for optimal performance, we strongly recommend using Zinexts consumables and kits, as they have been co-developed with our instruments to maximize extraction efficiency, nucleic acid yield, purity, and integrity.
- NeXgen System: This system integrates both an extraction module and a qPCR module. The extraction module is a closed system, requiring Zinexts consumables and kits. The qPCR module is an open system, meaning qPCR kits from different vendors can be used after validation.
12. Can I use Zinexts products for Clinical, Research, and Industrial applications?
Yes. Zinexts systems are designed for Clinical Diagnostics (ISO13485), Life Science & Research, and various Industrial applications (GMP), including Food Safety testing, Veterinary Diagnostics, and Forensic analysis (ISO 18345).
13. What Clinical Diagnostic applications are Zinexts products designed for and compatible with?
Zinexts’ products are designed to deliver high-quality nucleic acid extraction from various biological sample types. Their core applications in clinical diagnostics include Genomic Diseases detection, Infectious Disease testing, Microbiome studies, Oncology, Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT), and Forensic analysis.
